Work will be performed in accordance with the City of Portland Standard Construction Specifications, July 1987 edition, as amended by these contract documents. A mandatory prebid confer ence will be held on April 22, at 3:00 p.m. at the Portland Development Commission office. Document may be ob tained at the Portland Development Commission office. All bidders must file for prequalification no later than April 30, 1996, 4:00 pm, in accordance with the Instructions to Bid ders, and ORS 279.039(1), in the following City of Portland categories: 3 ,2 1 ,2 2 ,3 1 . Prevailing wage rates as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on the Project. The bidder must be licensed under ORS 468.883. Performance and Payment Bond and Bid Bond will not be required for the project. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279.029.
